Plans are on the drawing board to completely redesign the base village and lower market area. At the Cottage, you can literally cross country ski out your back door. In summer, enjoy golfing on the prestigious (and recently redone) Snowmass golf course, free concerts and fabulous hikes. Of course, there is Aspen’s treasure chest of offerings.

The floor plan at the Cottage at Fairway is designed to create a sense of space or togetherness, depending on your needs. The open plan, living, kitchen, and dining area brings friends and family together. The large master is up a few stairs in a private nook. It has AC and the large bathroom has radiant floor heat, a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The two guest rooms on the lower level have full baths. An additional media room/library downstairs provides another “get-away.” There are flat screen TVs in every major room, including the kitchen, and an indoor and outdoor sound system. There is an attached two-car garage.
